The Flow of Brick Making
Raw materials are typically batched, stirred, and rolled, before they are further stirred or added with steam, then pumped, extruded to shape. This machine extrudes four parts: Upper stage, Lower Stage, Vacuum System and Electric Clutch System. It is all steel welded, processed by Artificial Aging Treatment and thus has high strength. Additionally, the structure is more neat than two-stage series.
The machine has an advanced axial pneumatic clutch for both quick-clutching and reliable operation. It should be noted that the soil plasticity index of creating hollow bricks should be more than 7, while that of solid bricks should be more than 5.
